What is the best UI-based software that you know that performs what AHK does?

I feel like there would be a huge market for an out-of-the-box general AHK-like program that involved no coding, already bundled with builds for the most common programs that interface with their scripting languages via native addons/plugins, like Python for Blender, or VBA for Excel. You would install the AHK-like program, then the native addon for your software of use to communicate directly with, then would evoke actions with the custom shortcuts. Not only the learning curve would be a fraction of the current, but you would be able to easily share builds, unlike with AHK, where every user largely just rewrites their own personalized builds from scratch.
