AVEVA web widget can't load camera live stream in version 23.1.000

The same camera live stream works in AVEVA version 20.1.000, but not working in version 23.1.000, the live stream URL is like "http://username:[email protected]/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?channel=1&subtype=1", this URL can be opened in browser directly inside the same network section 172.18.x.x and display the live stream.

How to fix this issue in AVEVA 23.1.000?
